We are looking for small retail business owners and soloprenuers who want to develop your business to generate more profit, increase your sales, and claim back your life so you don’t feel like the business owns you.

You must meet these requirements:

  1. You want to grow your profits by 50% to 100% in the next few years

  2. Want to work only 35 (at most 40) hours per week. No more.

  3. Are willing to dedicate 1 of those hours each week to working on your business, with us, to make that happen.

This is a consulting partnership, that means we don’t get paid until YOU get paid first. No gimmick. But it will require something of you. If you meet the above requirements and are willing to do some work, read on…

Here’s what we do:

We won’t withhold our secrets here. We hone in on 3 measures of your business:

  1. Gross Profit Margins

  2. Average Sale

  3. Transaction Count

From there, we use our calculator to create a growth plan that adjusts for seasonality. We use the chart it spits out to helps us diagnose and treat problems in the business based on how those three measures interact with one another. Then we help you write down the successful parts, train a team how to do it on their own, and help you reclaim your life back.

We meet with clients at a set time twice a month for 6 months, approximately 1 to 1.5 hours per meeting on video chat.

Here’s how we get paid:

You’re growing a business, we are promising growth, and if we don’t deliver on that then we shouldn’t be getting paid. Why pay someone who isn’t doing their job, right?

We won’t have hidden paywalls or secrets here either. We are risking our success on yours, and our pay structure accounts for that:

  • Introductory meeting, no cost. We get to know you and you get to know us to see if this will be a good fit! We’ll do our best to give you practical takeaways too so you get a feel for how we work.

  • First meeting, 1 hour. Together we chart a plan with the goal of getting a general course of action in place. You come prepared and we deliver a growth plan that shows you, in detail, how your business can reasonably grow.
    $100 Upfront.

    This hundred bucks is your skin in the game so we know you’re serious about this. If we can’t deliver what we said, if the meeting doesn’t show you growth, or if you feel this isn’t a good fit we will refund you the money so there’s little risk to you.

  • First Milestone: You see profits grow through marked improvements in one of the three measures we listed above in a single month.
    $500 charged.

  • Second Milestone: You see profits grow for two of the months we work together through improvements in any of the three measures listed.
    $1000 charged.

  • Third Milestone: You see profits grow/sustain for three of the months we work together through improvements any of the categories listed.
    Another $1000 charged.

  • Fourth Milestone: You hit at least 2 of the 3 goals we set in the beginning for three of the months we work together and need to have them readjusted because you’re company is growing (and it is sustained growth, woohoo!).
    $2000 charged.

The most that you can be charged for this thing: $4600.

And if we don’t deliver on any what we said we would? You spent $100 upfront and got 6 months of consulting at no additional cost.

Oh, but one last thing. This is a partnership. That means you must follow through on your end. We will give you homework and need data from you and you have to do it. If you do not do it ahead of our meeting time, we charge you $100. If this happens at least 3 times, we will drop you as a client. We are banking on our client’s success and can’t afford to have clients not follow through with the growth plan.

What’s Required of You

Presence

Show up to our scheduled meeting. If you must cancel and reschedule do it 24 hours in advance. No show is charged the $100 fee.

Commit to doing this for the 6 months. If you want to quit at any time, however, you may cancel at any time. You will only be charged for the progress up to that point and any milestones we hit up until the month you cancel.

Participation

Do the homework we assign. It will be manageable and will keep you moving toward success.

Bring the data we request. We won’t share it with anyone else and keep it confidential. We need it to help chart the course for success.
